House sale and purchase
From the initial contact through to a resolution of the transactions, we have received excellent service and support. Despite some frustrating delays beyond our control we have been kept very well informed and advised on appropriate courses of action. The most hassle free solicitor you’ll ever come across!
Gayle was recommended to us by a family member for the sale of an estate property.
I was amazed at how efficient and quick she was able to make the process, while still ensuring that my interests were looked after. I feel incredibly fortunate that I never had to chase for any action and when we did need anything, it was always possible to speak to her straight away. When we did speak, she was always able to explain the law in a straightforward way. If I had another house sale, I would not hesitate to use Gayle again and would highly recommend her to anyone else.

Conveyancing
Gayle was absolutely amazing. She came recommended by our estate agent and she did not disappoint. Communication was amazing throughout, I never had to chase or ask for updates, giving the feeling like she was all over everything and making the process as stress-free as possible. Excellent service
Gayle Defries of Nexa Law has provided an exceptional service, really going over and above throughout the whole journey of selling our house and buying two separate new ones, managing to complete on all transactions simultaneously, against all the odds, and in a timely fashion.
She is infinitely patient and has taken time to ensure we were clear about everything, including future implications. Furthermore, she speaks in plain English, which is very refreshing, and has been easy to contact, often answering calls directly or responding to messages or emails within the hour (in stark contrast to my previous experiences with other conveyancing solicitors!). Gayle's been very thorough in protecting our interests when concerns have arisen.
I have felt supported and reassured by Gayle and, although her services cost a little more than other quotes we received, I would honestly say it was money well spent. I would happily recommend her to others buying or selling property. Thank you Gayle!
