Very quick completion
From the Sale board going up to handing over the keys 7 weeks, I was really impressed. Hannah and Diane were always very helpful and made the whole process very easy for me. I would highly recommend Sills & Betteridge to anyone needing a solicitor.

Could not recommend enough!
Super efficient and great communication, my property purchase was a repossession that needed to complete within 4 weeks of the offer being accepted - this wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Diane and her assistant Hannah Cresswell. Very reassuring and supportive given the tight time frame and the fact I was a first time buyer - 100% recommend!

Sale of property in Doncaster
Although the sale of the house became very long winded and a little troublesome (not from Sills and Betteridge perspective) we were kept well informed and updated.
I know that a great deal of work was done behind the scenes chasing up to push through the sale. Also, on exchange and completion day we were kept well informed and the whole process was explained clearly and ran without any problems. Thank you Thomas.

Excellent experience buying my first home
Really impressed with my experience. I never needed to chase anything, as I was contacted every week via email. As a first time buyer I felt I needed a bit more support at times when it came to knowing when buildings insurance was required and how to transfer my house deposit, but overall I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend.

Very satisfied clients
This was our first time using Sills& Betteridge, the whole experience was excellent. From our first contact with reception at Lincoln through to the completion of conveyancing, everyone was friendly and efficient.
