Luke Hewitt is a total superstar!!
Luke was assigned to me as the lawyer on the sale of my new self build house as it involved a land registry split and it was being sold for the first time, so it was not a straight forward situation. Not to mention the chain was very challenging.

Very happy with service levels and knowledge
After our intial instructions as to a renewal of a commercial lease, there was a hiatus and lack of communication, but when that was brought to their attention they were apologetic and very willing to help. Things then moved along nicely and the new lease was drafted promptly and efficiently.
We have used JBGass on a number of occasions, and Luke Hewitt has always demonstrated a very sound knowledge of commercial property transactions and given us very good service.
Their charging rates are competitive and I would recommend the firm to others.

All round good experience
Start-ups typically don�t have a lot of money so price is a key part of their decision making, so they (JBGass) have that in their favour. But equally, I never got the feeling that because we were a smaller job we were any less of a priority and that�s important as well I couldn�t say anything could be improved to be honest. It was an all round good experience

Took the stress away
JBGass took the stress out of the leasing process. They kept us well informed at every stage and progressed matters quickly and with great satisfaction. Ensuring we left our previous space in a suitable & timely manner was essential. The suitability & timing of their advice allowed this to occur & we are very glad we made the move, something which is always daunting
