Great service
Great service, can’t fault them.
I’m very happy with the time frame when selling my house. I dealt with Diane and Emily who were great. Quick to respond to my emails.
These are far the best conveyancing solicitors I’ve used. I’ve used several over the years.
Very fair fees. I would recommend and use again.

House purchase
Outstanding service. Really enjoyed every part of purchasing my first property. Diane, from the Hedon Branch, was extremely helpful and the communication and response time with regards to completing the purchase process was excellent. I would definitely use Diane and Jane Brooks Law again in the future when building my property portfolio. 5 star service, thank you!

Taken so long
We started this process of buying our house back in august 2022 and it’s taken 2yes 3 months I don’t like to complain but come on don’t think molly was much help sorry 😔

Reassuring and supportive
Having used Jane Brooks on previous occasions I didn't think twice about using their services for my latest house move
The team kept me informed and answered all of my questions, particularly as this was my first solo move and it was a bit daunting at times.
Emily and team helped chase up delays on my purchase which were beyond my control and updated me on progress to prevent worry and doubt.
I will definitely use the company again.

Purchase of property - conveyancer solicitor
I dealt with Diane Maughan for the purchase of my property. I cannot recommend jane brooks law enough. The service was excellent specifically communication. Diane responded promptly to any queries and I felt nothing was too much to ask. I would highly recommend Jane brooks law and would certainly use again in the future.
