Will writing
We had a remote interview with Rhiannon who made writing our wills very simple. My only comment with this firm is, not knowing which office to phone with a query, as there are several offices. However someone would usually get back to us quickly so it was not really a problem.

Friendly, professional and efficient.
We would highly recommend Rhiannon Cape. She was a pleasure to deal with and very patient. Nothing was too much trouble for her and whilst we were out of our comfort zone initially, having our consultation via the Internet, there was support and guidance to explain and go through the procedure that made the whole experience very simple and user friendly. If we have any other legal requirements in the future we would not hesitate to contact Rhiannon further.

Friendly and efficient
I was using them via the free wills network. They have been very helpful and replied the emails very quickly. Worked well to offer us a time when both my husband and I were available to have a Microsoft teams meeting and have kept us updated every step of the way. Will make them my first choice if I need legal assistance in the future.
