House purchase
From start to finish Tamsin at Churchers is a true professional. We recently purchased a property in Cowes and she was extremely helpful and timely with the process. She responded quickly to all our queries and chased the other solicitors in the chain to ensure the transaction would go through smoothly. Fully recommend her for any property sale or purchase. Extremely pleased we chose Tamsin at Churchers
Recommended Tamsin by our Agent,who had used her for his own personal purchases. So glad we did. Communication was excellent, always got back to us, her team were efficient and friendly. Easy to drop paperwork in to the office as the M&S carpark was just across the road!

Review of Churcher's Conveyancing Practice
Tamsin Verrinder acted as the conveyancing solicitor on the sale of our property in Seaview.
