Woodrow joined Morr & Co shortly before he qualified as a Solicitor in October 2022, specialising in contentious trusts and probate.
Woodrow regularly advises on disputes concerning the validity of Wills, the administration of deceased estates, the removal of executors/trustees and the bringing and defending of claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. Woodrow has been particularly successful at securing estate assets by applying to the High Court Chancery Division for injunctive relief.
Woodrow is focused on addressing his client’s needs from the outset, which allows him to offer clear, pragmatic and commercially sensible advice.
Woodrow achieved a first-class law degree and a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. He went on to secure a training contract that was highly focused on contentious work. Woodrow joined Morr & Co in July 2022 to finish his training contract and begin specialising in contentious trusts and probate.
In his free time, Woodrow enjoys spending time in the gym and on the golf course.

Great experience
We used Woodrow at Morr & Co to handle a dispute on a will. Woodrow was brilliant, everything was explained clearly and we were kept informed throughout the entire process. Woodrow took the time to understand our situation and provided options with cost containment considered. The advice was spot on and resulted in the best outcome. I would highly recommend.
