They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do... Lucy took much of that stress away. Fantastic communication, expert advice and a really proactive approach. Lucy communicated in a clear manner and offered plenty of advice, she chased the buyers and sellers conveyors to ensure a timely exchange. A super experience and I would happily recommend mfg and Lucy to anyone looking for residential conveyancing!

Excellent
Lucy was excellent to deal with for our house purchase. She was very quick to respond to our queries and kept us Upto date with progress. Couldn’t have wished for anyone better to deal with our first house purchase.

Fantastic experience.
Lucy was fantastic throughout the whole conveyancing process. She was extremely professional and she regularly chased our buyers and sellers solicitors to make sure the purchase and sale went through as quickly as it could.
She had great communication skills and we were kept up to date throughout. Lucy is very personable, knowledgeable and has great attention to detail and I would absolutely recommend her. Thank you Lucy for your hard work.

House purchase
As a first time buyer I was expecting the process to be quite slow and painful based off of other people’s experiences. However it was quite the opposite thanks to Lucy. She made every clear and understandable with timely responses, I never needed to chase once! I would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone looking to purchase a property!

Excellent Experience - Highly recommend Lucy Beaumont
Thank you to Lucy and the team at MFG Solicitors. Lucy was always incredibly responsive, which I found reassuring. Buying a property is incredibly stressful without having to wait long periods of time for a response, which I'm sure most people can relate to. She managed to get the property exchanged and completed on the same day, even though she wasn't actually in the office that day, but had kindly briefed her colleague Hayley. This meant I managed to get the purchase through just in the nick of time before the increased stamp duty hit. I found MFG via Google but subsequently Lucy was recommended to my by my estate agent also. Good reports all round!
