Process was smooth, from initial meeting and recieving draft wills and final signing. Layla was thorough and took time to explain everything and answer our questions.

As I’m not the best with computers, and a lot of the paperwork was done through electronic mail, the patients from the team was brilliant and with a quick call was able to talk me through the process, which in turn was stress free and the odd chuckle while sorting it out helped even more

We contacted Tozers requiring two Wills to be made up urgently due to a medical issue. The personnel we dealt with were at once understanding and helpful and facilitated a fast turnaround. All questions and issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently,
