However, I attended the hearing on 29/07/25 and was surprise to learn that the plea your office submitted did not cover when I was a council tenant. The judge categorically stated that the submission from your office failed to make a plea in respect of the period of my tenancy and only filed my case on the basis of leasehold. As a result judge did not award any damages from 2017 to March 2022. Award damages started from April 2022 to July 2025. Therefore I am disappointed for such avoidable oversight from your office.
