Seamless and stress free sale of property

Fantastic service
We were extremely impressed with Iftakhar’s professionalism and efficiency throughout the process of our sale. His swift responses to our communications, and the updates he provided were first class. Iftakhar pulled out all the stops in achieving a speedy completion date, remaining calm and working round the geographical problem of myself, brother and sister being in different parts of Europe at the time of exchanging contracts - much appreciated!

Excellent service
We were recommended Iftakhar through our estate agents. The whole process from initial consult through to completion was smooth and efficient. The use of digital forms made the process feel very easy. Communication was excellent - we were regularly given updates and had quick responses to any questions we had. We had previously worked with a different conveyancing company on a property I had to withdraw from where the communication was non existent and nothing progressed so this whole process with Iftakhar felt a breeze in comparison! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move house!

Exceptional service during a stressful time!
First house move in 28 years and after hearing so many horror stories about working with solicitors, I was dreading it.
How wrong was I! Iftakhar was incredible. From our first phone call when I was investigating solicitors, I found Iftakhar professional, warm, extremely knowledgable and genuinely passionate about making my move as straightforward and stress less as possible. This carried on all the way through the process. I was kept informed and communicated with on a regular basis and always felt I was in very safe hands. While many aspects of the move were stressful, working with Iftakhar made them more tolerable. I cannot praise his professionalism highly enough and he is a credit to his profession.

House move made easy!
Iftakhar was with me every step of the way, i was nervous at the start, as i like to deal with people in person, but i didn't need to worry, Iftakhar was on the end of an email or phone at all times. He made the completion of buying & selling smooth and effortless. i would recommend him to anyone moving house!

Couldn't recommend more
With all the stigma about how solicitors can be when you move house, I had none of this with Iftakhar, he kept me informed, everything was punctual, and where needed, he answered questions I had in terms I understood.
