She has kept me informed and up to date with the process, always responded to emails and queries promptly and on the second case visited my aunt, who was selling the property, with the required paperwork to make it easier for my aunt and myself. Excellent service from initial contact, after accepting an offer on our buy to let property through to the end of completion on the sale. All communication was very clear, concise and quick responses. The sale from accepting the offer to the completion day was only 10 weeks.
Would definitely recommend and would use the practice again with no hesitation.

The Chatteris office were very helpful in the sale of my property and kept me informed throughout the process. The sale was completed efficiently and effectively, however I am still waiting for the final receipt and the final breakdown for the sale.

We came to WGA as they handled our previous conveyancing. We thought this occasion would also be a relatively straight forward process but due to issues outside of WGA's control it took a very long time with setbacks which we found very stressful. However Samantha was incredibly professional and showed she is clearly extremely good at her job. We always felt she had our best interest at heart and really felt like she tried to go above and beyond for us which we really appreciated.
