Nic Dino and his team once again did a fantastic job for the sale of my house. This was probably my 3rd house sale/buy through Nic in the last 10 years. Nic guided me through each step, protected my interests and pushed back unacceptable requests from the Buyer's solicitor. and patiently explained risks for any agreement i would like to make. I am very happy with the services from Woodfines Cambridge. I'd give more than 5 stars review to Nic Dino.

Property transfer
Absolutely fantastic experience having Nic as my Property Conveyor. He was excellent in driving the transfer as quickly and smoothly as possible. Excellent communication and reassurance. Great guy. Highly recommended!

Sale of London Flat

Excellent service
Nic Dino gave a friendly and professional service during the course of selling my flat. This took a very long time as we had six offers fall through at very late stages in the process. We got there in the end though. No still all had our sense of humour.

Solicitor for house purchase.

Great solicitor
Nic has been a great solicitor. He has explained things in layman's terms and kept mum and I informed throughout the whole process. Nic has worked hard to ensure the sale of mum's home has gone through despite issues with the buyers solicitors and other hiccups we could not have forseen. Totally recommend

Patient, approachable, and knowledgeable
Nic was my lawyer in the sale of my house in the UK, while I was living in Australia. Although it was a chainfree sale, it took way longer than expected because of issues at the buyer's end, and of course was complicated by me being in a completely different time zone. Nic was patient in all communications with me, and persistent in navigating the process to ensure we got there in the end. I'm very grateful and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

Sale of Property
Very good.
In these days of remote working, it is difficult to make a good rapport with clients.
I feel at least a phone call if not a face to face always helps.
Perhaps older clients who are wary of first names in comms could be referred to by surnames.
Just my comments.
I came to Woodfines because I have been a longstanding client and because they have always looked after me well.
And because they are local to my office.
