Poor communication but got the result in the end
I was referred to Burys Solicitors via another agency for my tenancy deposit being unprotected and claiming from my landlord against this.
I found communication really lacking. I never really knew what was going on, had to chase for updates, was getting constant email reminders to sign a form I didn't need to sign. Queries about another form were replied to with "sign the form" response without actually addressing any of my questions. They should have kept me updated with what was happening, what they'd sent to landlord, what my next steps were, when the compensation would be paid, etc. But I got nothing unless I chased it myself.
After a few months I got the compensation, of which the solicitors took a 25% cut AND claimed their fees from the landlord, so a nice earner for them given they barely spoke with me! I wouldn't use them again.

Stress free, reliable service. 100% recommend 😊
Heather and her team alongside tenant angels dealt with my deposit protection claim for me. When I initially enquired about the claim I was very anxious and apprehensive about making the claim against my ex-landlord due to ongoing issues with my tenancy. Heather and her team were very reassuring and made me feel much more comfortable. They gave me all of the information and reassurance that I needed to help me make an informed decision and gave me plenty of time to think about it without putting me under any pressure to make a quick decision.
They made what I thought would be a very stressful experience pretty much stress free. The last six months of my tenancy were a living nightmare and Heather and her team have most definitely been the light at the end of a long and dark tunnel.
100% recommend, fantastic, friendly, reliable, informative and helpful service

Injury claim
Bury solicitors helped with with my claim after a suffered injuries after an accident. Heather handled my case and constantly kept me update on my case, helped organise treatment and chase person documents. I was happy with the outcome of my case was handled quickly.
