Transfer of Equity on Property
Beverly was very patient and helpful with navigating the tranfer of equity. Contact was regular and I always felt I knew what was going on in the process and what needed to happen to progress to the next step. I had no issues at all with the service I receive and would use the firm again.

Efficient and Attentive
This was our first time using David Barney & Co and Beverly Davison as our conveyancer. We have been delighted with the service we have received during the sale of our property. Beverly was efficient and attentive to our needs, responding on all enquiries and placing us in the best position to be ready for completion. Fees were as quoted and in line with expectations.

I would definitely recommend, just sold my house and Beverly was knowledgeable and efficient in the problems we occurred during the process .

Sale of a 1 bed flat.
Beverley and her team dealt with our sale very efficiently. There were some slightly unusual circumstances but we were guided through the process without difficulty. It's a pity the solicitors for the buyer were not as efficient otherwise we could probably have completed at least 1 month earlier. We live a long way from Stevenage and everything was done via e-mail without the need to travel to the office. Thank you very much.
