Had a great experience
I am a first time buyer and chose BTMK as my solicitor and they were amazing - really supported me throughout my journey with buying my home and it was not an easy ride from the beginning to the end, but Karen, Karen and Jo have been great throughout the whole process. Professional, detailed & prompt
I've used BTMK a few times now for house sales/purchases and have always been happy with the service. Response times are prompt, they're easy to get a hold of over the phone when needed, I trust their expertise, and it's also a nice team of people.

Relatively quick and straightforward
Selling a property through BTMK was easier than I thought - despite some unexpected legal complications that were ironed out quickly. Jane, Karen and the team were professional and helpful.

Phenomenal Team
Jane has been absolutely fantastic with handling the legalities of my case and managing my Journey offering clarity at every step.Special mention to Karen McCarthy who paid special attention to detail with regular updates and delivered my Keys in due time she also able to professionally raise queries without me having to ask. I can't forget Karen Mitchell who handled further business and was prompt with providing and handling further informations. Overall I appreciate their regular communication and honesty. The Team managed to handle my business whilst I was overseas without a hitch.I appreciated how they answerd every question and I had many and I absolutely got what I paid for,Quality.

Amazing Service

Jane Webb & her team helped us with our house purchase. Jane and both Karens were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful by email and phone, always promptly addressing any queries.

House Sale.
My house sale was dealt with by Jane Webb and her team. I found the whole experience with the team excellent. I was always kept informed of the progress of the sale. The 2 Karen’s are very helpful and always happy to answer any of my questions and also very quick to reply to emails. I would highly recommend Jane’s team.
