Settlement Agreement
Going through a redundancy process for the first time, I picked The Employment Solicitor after an online search, thanks to the transparency and clarity of their website. I was pleased to find out that this first good impression was confirmed once I got in touch with the agency.
All the people I dealt with at The Employment Solicitor took their time to listen to my circumstances and were generally very helpful. I felt that I was in safe hands for bringing to an end what had been a very stressful situation for me. What a fantastic law firm!

Highly, highly recommend
Lauren, Ellen and Alex were exceptional with what was a very difficult case. They explained every little detail of the case to me and where my employer was in the wrong. They were extremely professional with everything they handled and all the paperwork and evidence they needed to send over was done with extreme detail, making my case very strong. They were also extremely friendly and made talking with them an absolute pleasure which really helps in a difficult process. Their knowledge, expertise and support was phenomenal!

Rapid review of COT3/Settlement Agreement
After protracted processes lasting for nearly 4 years, it was ironic that I found myself with just 48 hours to agree the wording of a COT3 to avert imminent tribunal proceedings, so my "ask" of the Specialist Law Group Ltd. felt virtually impossible.
From the outset, my experience of working with this firm was positive. Jenna, who took my initial details, was most assuring and acted so swiftly that I was allocated a solicitor within the day, which in itself amazed me. My solicitor, Lauren, was clearly extremely knowledgeable, incisive, and ambitious to get the best possible result, way beyond my expectations.... which she did!!!! The firm then rounded up with Florence in client after care and ensuring all was well in terms of our working agreement and terms and conditions.
In essence, the legal advice was superlative, as was the wrap around client care. I could not recommend this law firm more highly.

Outstanding service
After being undecided on whether to take legal action or not for months, I reached out to The Employment Solicitor for an initial consultation to put my mind at rest. I appointed Lauren Bayliss at the end of our call and successfully reached settlement in just shy of 2 months. Lauren and her team kept in regular contact throughout the process, explaining each step of my exit strategy and providing consistent reassurance. So glad I reached out and would encourage anyone having a negative experience with work to do the same even if just for a consultation.
