Accident at work claim
Paul Mullen was very thorough and helpful in obtaining the most he could from my claim. My claim was settled promptly very soon after meeting him and he didnt take the first offer he really tries to get the most he can for you.

Paul mulderigg
Paul took over my case as another solicitor didn't quite do as much in my opinion and didn't keep in touch then went on maternity leave without myself knowing.
Once Paul took over the case got moving instantly, kept in touch on a regular basis and always there on call when needed!
He couldn't of tried more and got me a massive amount of money for my workplace injury.
Anyone needing a solicitor for a workplace injury, then Paul is the man!

Highly recommended
I employed this company after i experienced an injury on duty in 2019, it has been a complex and long winded case due to my injuries but having Paul Mulderigg, Hayley Haslam and Georgia Sayer in my corner being supportive and fighting my corner i have now settled my case. I cant thank these 3 enough, they have got me through some dark patches with their advice and support.
I would highly recommend these to anyone that needs someone who will treat you like a human instead of just another case like some of these big corporate companies

Bike accident
Had a couple of cycling accidents in quick succession. Paul took over the case and things startd to move quite quickly. The secons accident now being settled just waiting for the first to be sorted. Would deffinately recomend Paul and the Rawtenstall team.

Cycling Accident
I had an awfully upsetting cycling accident, Paul Mulderrig came recommended from his local cycling shop, he provided a 1st class service.
He was honest and up front with me over the telephone.
A while later I met Paul who was obviously very professional and I was surprised how approachable, friendly and humble he was.
I felt extremely reassured in his presence as this accident brought out trauma from a previous accident.
His patience with the drivers solicitor was unbelievable.
I would thoroughly recommend Paul and his Rawtenstall staff given the Five star service I’ve experienced.

Excellent service.
I was involved in a RTA back in 2001.
My case seemed to drag its feet until Paul took over my case this year..He turned it round in a matter of months..i can not praise this guy enough..If you have been in a accident that is not your fault i 100% recomend paul...
