Sale of flat
Gayle and her team were excellent from.start to finish.
Could not fault them.

Speedy completion
Due to my living situation I was press for time to complete, I’m glad to say from my offer being accepted to completion it only took 3 months, Gayle Fordham and team did great.

House sale and purchase
Gayle and Amy were great. They just got on and did the work. If you called for an update they were always happy to fill us in on where we were at. No fuss

This was a very busy time in the housing market with the Stamp Duty deadline fast approaching and bearing in mind how busy and difficult a time this was, Fisher Jones did a great job!

Excellent support and efficiency.

Excellent service provided solicitor available
If our solicitor was in the office, communication and feedback was very good. However, when not available it was the opposite. We found that messages were (apparently) not passed on and non-communication extremely frustrating.
However, our solicitor was excellent - very tenacious and patient when dealing with other party.
The app was less than useful. After initial onboarding process (which was quite difficult to navigate) it was not updated, so couldn’t use it for progress updates, until completion- and then it showed the wrong date!
Would recommend but with caveats.
