Home purchase - leasehold - excellent service
Marion was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and always received timely and helpful responses. There were challenges and delays outside of our control which I was not concerned about as I knew everything was being managed professionally and efficiently. I was kept informed throughout the process. The quote was provided upfront from initial enquiry and I was fully informed of disbursements. Client onboarding was a smooth process. Paperwork and reports were clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Ellisons and Marion Knocker for home purchases. After discovering how much legal work leasehold properties require I would assess the costs as good value for money. I am confident that the work in reviewing the lease and the deed, and subsequent resolving of any potential issues, has protected my investment.

House sale and purchase
Myself and my partner can't fault our experience with Ellison's Solicitors. Our Solicitor, Marion Knocker, was brilliant. We always received responses to emails on the same day. Any and all questions we had were answered comprehensively.
Ellison's, and Marion, took away a lot of the stress of moving.
We would highly recommend Ellison's & Marion to friends and family and will be sure to use them again if the need arises.

Fantastic from start to finish
Marion was absolutely brilliant from initial enquiry to completion of purchase. So responsive to any questions and consistently chasing any outstanding issues. Friendly, professional and outstanding. First class service
We used Marion for the purchase of our property, she was really thorough, replied swiftly, kept us in the loop.
We needed to complete before the stamp duty changes and was no issue for us, had time to spare! 100% would recommend.
