professional and courteous but slow to respond to queries or actions needed, to the point that we sought trust fund advice elsewhere successfully. perceived that our case was low priority or too difficult proven by the speed in handing over responsibility (for a fee) for the probate to be dealt with by us.

the solicitor dealing with the administration of the trust, although obviously very skilled in her field, was totally lacking in customer skills.
emails that i sent to her for information, appeared many times to be ignored or took a long time for any sort of response.
if she had replied saying that she was very busy & would deal as soon as she could, which would only have taken a few seconds, i would have been happy.
to not respond left me wondering if i sent the email to the correct address, so i had to phone Barcan + Kirby to check.
maybe I'm being old fashioned, but i believe the lack of response to be unacceptable.
