Angeliki is an Associate Partner experienced in M&A transactions and real estate finance (investment and development). Having trained with a North West boutique law firm, Angeliki has worked on high value real estate finance transactions during her time with a multinational law firm, where she acted primarily for clearing banks. Angeliki’s significant exposure to commercial real estate matters during her training, has equipped her with the knowledge required to act as the link between Beyond’s corporate, real estate and construction teams, when advising on development and forward-funding transactions. In addition to negotiating the funding and security documents, Angeliki acts as the project manager coordinating the teams that usually participate in such transactions and liaising with third parties involved. She is also experienced in private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, advice in relation to shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance and equity structuring. Angeliki’s common-sense, can-do attitude, along with her commerciality, excellent technical and communication skills is what sets her apart as a solicitor and renders her an effective relationship builder, when it comes to both clients and colleagues.
