I am an Associate in the Commercial Property & Planning department. I have almost 10 years’ experience in property law. I am the Team Leader of both Plot Sales and New Homes. Our Plot Sales team acts for national and regional housebuilders in the sale of new build residential properties. Our New Homes team acts for buyers on other new build sites, as well as on any associated sales or mortgages. We understand the time pressures involved in new build conveyancing and work with our clients closely to ensure transactions proceed as smoothly and quickly as possible.
