Excellent service
My boyfriend and I are first time buyers and we didn’t know much about the house buying process. Rachel was unbelievably helpful, very quick with her responses and just made us feel so at ease! She didn’t make us feel silly for asking questions and definitions. I really recommend Thomas Flavell & Sons and especially Rachel! Thank you so much, Rachel!

Fantastic service throughout
We couldn’t recommend Thomas Flavell and Sons more highly. Their service throughout has been fantastic. Efficient, personable and always available when we needed them on the phone or by email. Rachel and Jamie gave us the service that we needed making a stressful time as stress free as they possibly could for us.

Effortless conveyancing process
From start to finish the conveyancing process was so easy with Thomas Flavell. Being able to sign and submit all documentation online made it super convenient and the communication and service from Rachel was first class.

House conveyance
Rachel Armitage dealt with my recent house sale/purchase. She was excellent throughout the process from start to finish and dealt with all stages very promptly and kept me updated regularly. In the final week before completion there were some issues with the mortgage being delayed and Rachel went above and beyond to ensure we completed as planned.
I would definitely recommend and I'll be using next time.

First home purchase - no stress!
What I was expecting to be a stressful experience was absolutely not!
