Professionalism with a smile.
My wife and I first used Bridge McFarland when we returned from a decade in France. We received first rate service, despite the problems our buyer caused in a very protracted affair. We never got to meet the team looking after that sale and the corresponding purchase in Lincolnshire.
Fast forward 5 years and this time we were looked after by a different solicitor, Mia Harper, who was supported by an excellent team of assistants.
Evie Shaw was our main contact and she proved to be a very calming influence for us in what again, proved a less than straightforward sale and purchase. Utterly efficient but exuding friendliness. However, if Evie wasn't available, her colleagues were similarly helpful and efficient.
This time we got to meet most of the people handling our transactions and beginning with the ladies on reception, the people we met were always cheerful and very welcoming but quick to respond to the reason for the visit.

Best of the best
When buying our first home, my partner and I were really anxious about how long the entire process would take from viewing to completion. The amazing team at Bridge McFarland Louth were on contant communication with us and put all worries to rest.
The entire experience was as exciting and as easy as we had hoped for. Worth every penny!

Excellent all round service
Used Bridge McFarland Louth for the first time as we wanted a local company for easy access.
From first contacting receptionist to the whole solicitor/conveyancing team particularly Miah, Evie and Sarah the service and reassurance from the team was exemplary.
They acted on both sale and purchase of our property quickly and away very calm and reassuring to us in what is very stressful time for some clients. We 100% highly recommend Bridge McFarland, excellent service and great price. Thanks to everyone.

Sale of property

Purchased Property
