Excellent on a difficult sale
Michelle and her assisstant, Jessica, have been dealing with few of my properties (landlord trying to sell all BTL) and this particular leasehold was complicated with the fact the ground rent has never been demanded, which delayed the sale process. Michelle and Jessica have been professional throughout the process and delivered exceptional service.
Both are always on hand to take your call, answer queries and keeping me informed. This is different vs other solicitors who don't take calls, don't answer your queries directly and are very hands off. That's why I like working with Michelle and her team and this is their USP. I will be using them again for the future. Brilliant service!
