Best property law team!
We have just used the Scullion Law property law team to move home for a second time and I would choose them time and time again. Their service is first class, so efficient, communicative, friendly and professional.
Farrah acted as our solicitor for a second time and as expected she was so supportive, knowledgeable, responsive to our questions and provided very clear and timely updates throughout the process. Our house move went on longer than anticipated which was out with our control, which meant Farrah had to handover our file when on annual leave to her colleague Conor, and it was an absolutely seamless transition. You could tell that they work well as a team and did a thorough handover. Conor completed the process for us and he was just as professional, friendly, efficient, and responsive. Both great solicitors and we are very grateful for all they did for us. Thank you!

Home Sale
We worked alongside Conor who facilitated the purchase of our home, Our experience with Conor was second to none. He was always quick to respond and guided us through the dubious process given this was our first home purchase. Conor was always professional, courteous and managed difficulties with the sellers solicitor well whilst always keeping us informed. Conor was thorough in his investigations and carried out due diligence where necessary. We would not hesitate to use Scullion Law again, specifically Conor as he was fantastic.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Conor for the transfer of deeds etc, he has been very attentive with regards to this keeping me informed of any developments as they have happened, and on meeting him while signing the deeds he was very welcoming and personable. Any questions i had he answered and on the occasions he did not know the answer he would speak to someone that could help and get back to me. Overall i am very happy with the service i received from Conor

Very efficient service
The process, and actions I needed to take were explained very clearly. Once I had done everything required, the work was completed without very much back and forth. I would use this firm again, however, the only reason it's not 5 stars is the follow up for reviews. Feedback was provided via email, and that should suffice.

Conveyancing Experience
We’ve had an excellent experience throughout the conveyancing process thanks to Conor’s concise and clear communication.

Great communication and very helpful for first time buyer
Conor was so helpful for my first experience buying a property. I was in direct contact with him from making the offer, through the conveyancing process and conclusion of the missives. Conor kept me up to date with regular communication, and responded very promptly to my questions. It was particularly helpful that he offered to have a call part way through the process just to answer any questions I had about the process so far and to explain what came next. I found the communication easy to understand, considering I hadn't been through the process before. Farrah covered the completion of my purchase as Conor was on leave (I was notified of this when deciding the date of entry), and also kept me in the loop, providing clear and rapid responses. I would use Scullion Law again for future property purchases

Excellent level of service for first time buyer
My son recently used Scullion Law for conveyancing on the purchase of his first home. We found Conor Greenan to be polite, attentive, prompt, punctual and importantly for us he got the job done with a minimum of fuss. A mention must also go to Mandy Terras and Stacey Hamilton who both guided our son at the early stage of placing offers to buy.
Whilst Scullion Law were not the cheapest estimate that we had for conveyancing fees, we feel that it was money well spent and the level of service throughout was excellent. We would not hesitate to use Scullion Law again in the future. Thanks so much to Conor and team for helping the purchase to run very smoothly.
