House Sale
I would highly recommend Scullion Law, In particular Connor Greenan. He was very patient and kind when dealing with my 81year old dad with his recent house sale, he took the time explaining everything making sure my dad was always happy and protected. Would highly recommend him.

First time buyer
Conor was friendly, professional and proactive through the entire process. Being a first time buyer, this was all very new to me, however Conor always explained anything I was unsure of, and kept me fully informed throughout. With the seller pushing for a quick date of entry, along with several other complicating variables, I cannot praise Conor highly enough for how he handled my transaction, particularly nearing completion where there was a hiccup on the sellers end - Conor truly spared no effort to try and get the purchase completed on time. I would highly recommend Conor to anyone purchasing a property. Thanks again Conor!

Great service
We bought a property recently and required personal guarantees. At short notice we contacted Scullion Law and Conor was able to assist. Excellent Service: Diligent and Responsive

Conveyancing
Conor and the whole of the Scullion conveyancing team were absolutely fantastic throughout the purchase of our first property! From the initial notes of interest and explaining the buying process, to the advice and updates, the team were always re-assuring, professional, and efficient. Our move had to be completed within a very short time window and I'm very impressed the Scullion team managed to pull it off. Highly professional
Conor saved me around 50K by identifying a fraudulent deal I was going to enter. So he is very vigilant and takes his work very seriously. Second time he assisted in all the buying process very smoothly. Surely Conor is one of the best lawyers around.

Property Sale
Gemma and her team were my solicitors for the selling of my house. Everyone I dealt with at Scullion Law were excellent to deal with.
