FTBs. Helen was excellent, very proactive and on it, we never had to chase once. It always felt like she was advancing our best interests and was happy to explain or make recommendations (needed because we were doing this for the first time). Smooth transferral to Lisa who again handled everything efficiently. Excellent communication from both Helen and Lisa, speedy replies. Something we really appreciated was how nothing was urgent or last minute because Helen and Lisa always gave us a heads up well in advance so we could sort out whatever we needed to sort out/answer/arrange in plenty of time. Will definitely be using Slater Heelis (and hopefully Helen and Lisa) again, it made all the difference. Removed so much unnecessary stress because we could trust and rely on them.

Excellent service
The conveyancing process from start to finish was excellent. The team's communication was prompt and clear throughout the whole process which made it very stress-free as a first-time buyer. Both Lisa and Helen are very professional and approachable in their work and were happy to answer any queries I had.

Conveyancing transaction
I was kept informed all the way along, the digital quote documents and email communication at the beginning was thorough and then the telephone and email updates as completion grew close was excellent, especially when the vendors threw last minute spanners into the works at a busy time at the end of March, Lisa Watson was brilliant and helping me meet the deadline.

Helpful as always
Not only were Lisa and Helen as professional as ever but they were helpful and understood my complex needs. They respond quickly and kept me up to date. The charges were very reasonable and I received valuable advice. Due to a deteriorating health condition I required extra help and support and I was treated with dignity and respect at all times. I was offered communication in different formats if my needs required it. I felt heard and understood and all for a very good fee.

Purchase and sale
We've used slater heelis several times now for both sales and purchases, and they’ve always been excellent. Our most recent purchase was far from straightforward, but Lisa and Helen were incredibly helpful, proactive, and kept everything moving smoothly. Their communication is great and we always felt in safe hands. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Complex sale of house
We had to sell my mother's house which had numerous difficulties and the team (Helen & Lisa) were prompt in their responses, realistic with options/resolutions and really easy to work with.
I would absolutely use them again.

Professional Service
The sale of my apartment was completed within a reasonable time. Together with my partner, we bought a house together after the sale of my apartment. Our house purchase was completed within 8 weeks with a chain of 3 people. Helen and Lisa kept us up to date with everything. Any concerns or questions we had Helen and Lisa responded quickly. They were both friendly and professional. We would recommend Slater Heelis.
