We bought our first home last year and our estate agents (I believe) work with this firm so they recommended them for us, everything was done in good time, being a first time buyer is quite daunting when you don’t know what you’re doing, but they made the whole process less stressful for us. Great communication
Louise was very informative from the start of our property sale and purchase, we had weekly updates and always had a fast response to our questions. Our buyers solicitors were not so responsive which could have held things up but Louise applied some pressure to push the sale through before Christmas.

Exceptional service
Our completion date was so close to Christmas and we were really concerned that our contract wouldn’t be signed in time for us to enjoy Christmas in our new home. HSR Law went above and beyond and were so informative along the way. We highly recommend.

Excellent proactive services
Alison and Callum have recently dealt with our first home purchase and have been excellent throughout. We have just exchanged contracts and will be completing shortly. Throughout the whole process, Alison and Callum have been knowledgeable, answered all of our questions clearly, and communicated very effectively. You often hear nightmare stories of the legal side of house purchases, but they have made it a painless experience. I have not had to chase for anything, Alison and Callum have been really proactive and kept me updated. They worked through enquiries swiftly, ensuring we had regular updates. Happy but points to improve
Communication was quite slow and there were a lack of updates, I was updated more by the estate agent at times. Calling the office to speak to my solicitor personally was often tricky and sometimes felt like I was answering the same questions multiple times. However the service its self was easy and response towards the end of sale was efficient and easy/non complicated which I appreciate.

Good, expedient service
Contacted by staff very soon after instructing estate agents. Clear understandable instructions, taking me through all the steps required. Explained clearly the fees and terms and conditions.

Excellent!
I went with HSR Law for both the sale and purchase of properties after glowing reviews on Trustpilot. Alison Teasdale and her team looked after both, and I can't praise them all enough for their utter professionalism in what turned out to be a tough journey. I was kept informed throughout the process and advised on my options. Alison was quick to reply to emails and answer calls. Along with her team, she managed to push the completion through before the 1st of April saving us £2500 of stamp duty.

Very positive experience
