Jericha joined Tozers in 2024 and is a Paralegal in our Affordable Housing team, working on a range of matters including: Shared ownership purchases Shared ownership Transfer of equity Licence to Assign Jericha has an Undergraduate degree in Law from the University of Essex and graduated in 2018. Prior to joining Tozers, Jericha gained 4 years’ experience in shared ownership plot sales and staircasing transactions acting of the housing associations. She enjoys helping clients feel supported at every step of the transaction to make the transaction run smoothly and offer a friend and approachable service. Outside of work Jericha enjoys spending time exploring Cornwall with her Dachsador (Dachshund cross Labrador).
