Professional yet personal
Even though our purchase started a good 6 weeks after our sale, Lauren managed to consolidate both transactions at the same time. We exchanged and completed on the same day. Lauren was always available to answer any questions. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Lucas & Wyllys.

First Class Service
With the very professional help of Lauren Poll on behalf of Lucas & Wyllys in the sale of our mother's bungalow which had been our family home since the 1950's, with our fantastic estate agents and Lauren helped us pass on this property to be lived in and enjoyed again.
The sale was a bit long winded but not on our part. Lauren continually kept us up to date as the app worked well.
I have recommended Lucas & Wyllys already and would definitely use them again for any legal matters I may have.

Fantastic Service
We used Lucas & Wyllys for the purchase of our first house and was looked after by Lauren Poll at the Great Yarmouth branch. She was fantastic and kept us up to date throughout the process. A very professional service, a pleasure to deal with and very friendly. We came to re-mortgage and our property wasn't registered with the land registry yet as it was a new build, Lauren got this sorted within a week meaning our re-mortgage wasn't delayed. I would highly recommend.

Easy house sale process
A very straightforward property sale, easy communication with the Solicitors, the online progress system however was poor, inaccurate and slow to update, best left alone and simply ring the office.
