Buying and selling conveyancing.
Moving house is one of the most stressful experiences you can go through. Lindsay and her team were brilliant. Calm and understanding even when I felt that everything was going wrong. Totally down to earth and kept the process moving along as swiftly as possible. Would not use any other legal firm for anything in the future. Can’t beat dealing with a local firm who understand you and talk your language. 10/10👍

Property sale
Lindsay Burdett and her team (Holly in particular) were so efficient in handling sale of leasehold flat for me, several hurdles had to be overcome, which were dealt with. Lindsay was also so prompt in answering my emails, which l really appreciated. Lindsay and her team also handled my purchasing same leasehold flat nearly 2 years ago and dealt so well with several problems when dealing with Freeholder (Hull City Council). l would have no hesitation recommending Lindsay and her team to anyone looking for great conveyancing team. Consistently Brilliant!!
Lindsay Burdett and her team have assisted me on over 5 separate sale and purchases now. The last one being this week. She takes the stress out of the conveyancing process every time and I know that if any issues arise naturally throughout the process Lindsay. An just handle it.
