Clear advice & highly responsive

Tribunal Claims struck out
Nick and SImon continue to provide us with the best advice and support - this is shown in the last two cases that we've had at Employment Tribunal which were both struck out, thanks to them being thorough in their detail and preparing for all eventualities that could occur. Mock Tribunal Workshop

Absence management training
Excellent comprehensive training program today peppered with real life examples ( and aside of humour !) underlining the importance of getting this right. If you want your team to handle these matters properly - I highly recommend this training.

Mock Tribunal Training
The mock tribunal training delivered by David and Simon was a brilliant experience both practical and engaging. It provided a realistic simulation of tribunal proceedings, allowing colleagues to understand how a tribunal works, decision-making, and legal reasoning skills. David and Simon were knowledgeable and offered constructive feedback throughout. The support from Ellie leading up to the training to ensure we were informed and had everything arranged for the day was fantastic. This training is great for anyone looking to build confidence and competence in tribunal settings. Highly recommended.
