Engaging and fun training session
We had the pleasure of having Robinson Ralph on-site to hold a mock tribunal with the People Team. They were both extremely approachable and clearly have great knowledge of employment law. They were able to keep everyone engaged throughout the day which can be challenging at times given the topic. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and we look forward to having them back again in the future!

Grievance resolution
Simon and David and Ellie tackled a particularly involved and delicate grievance matter for us. Informative and relaxed
My team (HR Advisors) commented on how personable both Simon and David were when delivering an Employment Law update and Harassment training. They have been to a number of updates previously with other providers, and both shared with me how human both Simon and David were in their delivery (it could be the jokes?!) They certainly made it more relatable and understood for them and a refreshing change on the somewhat dry updates than can happen with Employment Law.

Employment Law training session
Interactive face to face group learning sessions with Line managers to ensure they were up to date with legislation.
The session was 3 hours long and was interactive with scenarios and two way dialogue. Simons skills at facilitating meant everyone was engaged... and went away having learnt something.

Harassment Training

Harassment Training
Simon delivered an interesting and interactive session which gave our People Leaders an understanding of how to prevent harassment in the workplace. He made what could have been a dry topic much more interesting, and we have received great feedback from those managers who attended.
