Glover Priest Solicitors were recommended to us after we were having no luck with another conveyancer. Straight away we knew it was the right decision. A big thank you to Gemma and Cerys who managed our house sale and purchase and worked extremely hard on both. After long delays from other parties, we were extremely greatful Gemma worked tirelessly to make sure we completed ahead of the stamp duty increase. Glover Priest portal is straight forward to use and we could always call a speak to someone if needed.

Fantastic Conveyancers
We recently bought our first house and Gemma & Cerys in Market Harborough were fantastic throughout. The process seemed very quick and easy from our perspective, and if things were more difficult behind the scenes at all we were certainly unaware of an issues.
Hoping to never need to buy a house again but if we do GloverPriest will be our first consideration.

I can't thank Gemma, Cerys and the whole team enough. It only took them seven weeks to get us from instruction to exchange of contracts. They made the whole process so very easy and straight forward. They were a pleasure from start to finish!
I just wish the physical move could have gone as easily!!

Very speedy completion

POSITIVE: good telephone access with minimum waiting time for calls; always courteous and energetic response to enquiries and concerns; clear discussions and explanations.
Sometimes tricky on-line proformas for registering personal details and identities, especially installing photo IDs, and particularly some terms in this proforma.: this is partly due to slight language oddities: which suggest that the software is American.

Fantastic Team
I was recommended to use this firm of solicitors and they did not fall short. They were extremely helpful, emails answered quickly, queries resolved, there was always someone available to speak to if I phoned and they made the whole moving experience a lot easier.

Poor telephone answering
Ringing brings up a machine with blah and options. Pressing following instructions simply brings up a repeat of message. Tried several times. Impossible to speak to a human being unless you have their personal direct number. Very poor interface and v impersonal service - feels more like a dysfunctional call centre than a solicitors office.
Used on suggestion of estate agent - poor advice.
