Purchase of Walnut Tree Cottage
Everything was straightforward, simple and clearly explained. I hadn’t purchased a house for over 25 years and much has changed, so being able to trust and rely on Lorna was a great help.

Conveyancing
I recently used Lorna for the conveyancing on my new build property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. From start to finish, Lorna was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She kept me informed at every stage of the process and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience far less stressful.

Friendly and efficient service
Used them to purchase the freehold to my house and they were very understanding of my lack of understanding of the process. All requests and information was delivered considerately and with clear explanations of what was required and where it fitted in the grand scheme of the overall process.
