Superb company to deal with - would highly recommend
Unfortunately the position I was in with a company for the last 3.5 years had to come to an end due to the UK arm of the business suffering financial set-backs, and rather wait and see, I requested VR.
I required a UK solicitor to oversee the legal side of things, which the company I worked for, would cover the costs; but it was very much last minute and Lisa at Marsden Rawsthorn stepped up, no questions asked and did what was required within a few days; talked me through everything I needed to know & understand, recommended a few changes to the paperwork received from my company and that was it, done. Contacted on a Thursday, completed on a Monday; finalised on the Tuesday.
Absolutely superb!
More so as they're a Preston based solicitors (my home town) but also I contacted a few others that either didn't get back to me, or got back to me too late, to say they're too busy...!

Excellent company/experience
I recently had some work completed for me by Lisa Clark. Lisa is a consummate professional who executed my request quickly and with exceptional attention to detail.
All communication was responded to in a timely and efficient manner by herself or Louise Wilson who worked to the same high standards.
I felt that I was listened to and there was no lengthy drawn out process, Lisa got straight to the point and managed a situation that I found extremely distressing and uncomfortable in a supportive and calm manner, ensuring that the process was as painless as possible.
I could not ne more grateful to both Lisa and Louise.
I would highly recommend the services of Marsden Rawsthorn.

Good Advice Received
Honest, fair advice received. Not particularly what I wanted to hear but helped me to make a difficult decision rather than continue with a case that could have cost a lot and gained very little.
