Avoid for conveyancing work
*** I would avoid for conveyancing work ***
I had previously been very impressed with MPP. They had completed some conveyancing work (circa 2019)and employment issues (circa 2023) with great efficiency.
However, I recently used them for some more conveyancing. I had to chase them constantly and my emails were seldom replied to. Waiting 2 weeks for a reply to an email was commonplace (the reply was often after I had phoned them to chase).
I wrote to Allan Hunt detailing my issues; the letter prompted a couple of replies, but I ended up having to chase for the work to be done or a to get an email reply again.
They left me feeling as though I was a hindrance and caused me a lot of stress.
If you're paying a lot of money, then I expect a reasonable service.
