I, can’t recommend scullion law enough !Michael Stewart is an absolute superstar and delighted that he represented me in court case regards charges against me driving vehicle without an appropriate insurance . I was worried for weeks and was dreadful having six penalty points on my license. With his professional vision not only he managed to get this case abolished but also saved me any further appearance in court regards this matter , which is now completely binned. I respect and honour his work for me.

Highly recommend Michael Stewart
Highly recommend Michael Stewart. I was charged with careless driving (running a red light) and nearly 1 year later was citated to court. Michael reviewed all evidence and after hearing witness statements persuaded the Fiscal to no longer seek conviction. A great outcome, my clean licence remains, no convictions and no fixed penalty to pay.

Professional, honest and reliable
Michael worked really hard to ensure that my case was dealt with properly and ensured that admin errors by the court were resolved quickly.
He presented my case and my position very well to the sheriff and we achieved the best outcome I could have hoped for. He never got my hopes up or gave me false promises, he kept my expectations real and told me the truth on what the possible outcomes were.

I was on of Michael clients, Michael appeared on my behalf and represented me at Glasgow sheriff court for what I thought was just 1 case but it turned out to be 2 cases 1 that I was totally unaware about, Michael took both cases on without any hesitation and right from the get go was trying to get me the best possible outcome. I had problems during my time with sorting my fees due to losing my job at a bad time and not receiving my pay on time but I couldn’t thank michael and the team at scullion law for being so understanding and still working with me to sort the best possible outcome, in court I was facing a maximum a 15 points and a big fine to pay and a possibly of losing my licence for 1/2years but thanks to michael and has hard work I only got 6 points and low fine which only resulted in a 6 month top up ban which is an absolute amazing result for me and I’ll be back driving again in no time. I would highly recommend using michael and scullion law as his professionalism and client care is second to none was very please from start to finish. If I ever need legal support again I will definitely use scullion law again great service.
