Exceptional Legal Support in a Difficult Property Case
Kate was recommended to me by someone who spoke highly of her expertise, and I’m so grateful for the introduction.
My case involved a property matter. As a first-time buyer, I trusted my solicitors to act in my best interests, but they failed to warn me about the risks of my investment, particularly that the development was owned by a third party and the potential risks this posed to me. As a result, when the developer went into liquidation, I lost 50% of the property’s value, which I had been required to pay upfront at the start of the project.
It was an incredibly stressful and overwhelming situation. Kate’s expertise, attention to detail, and unwavering support made all the difference. Thanks to her, I was able to reach a successful settlement, something I wouldn’t have achieved without her.

Life saver
I met Kate in regards to a litigation case that would have been a life changer for me. Having met other “specialists” in litigation in my field (dentistry) I was introduced to Kate and it was a revelation. There was no comparison she was personable and made me feel important and listened to and not just another case number.
Kate was able to win my case through amazing knowledge, experience and tenacity. I was just glad she was on my side and not against me. She was approachable, honest and always there to answer calls any time of the day and talked me through everything that n the most professional manner.
I can not explain my gratitude to her enough and can’t recommend her highly enough either.
