Help with redundancy
I contacted Barnard & Webb to help with a redundancy situation, with a settlement agreement. They gave me good advice and helped to amend the wording of my settlement agreement as we were unhappy with a few parts. I found them friendly and helpful and would recommend them.

Employment exit resolution
Jacqueline and her team were understanding, attentive and very efficient. They acted in a knowledgable professional manner and assisted in a better employment exit than I was expected or prepared to accept. Settlement Agreement
Jacqueline made the very daunting process so much easier. She talked through everything very clearly making sure that I understood all the legal jargon. Even though the agreement was not up for negotiation she did manage to get a slightly better offer for me. The matter was dealt with swiftly and sorted ahead of the timeline my former employer had set.
