Adrianna Koscielniak was very helpful, professional and had answered all the queries we had. It took a bit longer than we had anticipated, but Adrianna had explained why, and kept us in the loop with what was happening and going to happen and why.... when she could.

Overall, we was happy with the transaction and communication
