Varinder is a Solicitor having trained in a City Law Firm where he became Partner. He has been working in the field of Litigation for over 20 years and specialises in Civil Disputes ranging from Boundary issues, Landlord & Tenant Disputes, Debt Recovery, Consumer Rights Act matters, Professional Negligence and serious Injury claims. Varinder also regularly accepts instruction on Emergency Injunctions and complex High Court Litigation including Judicial Reviews and Statutory Appeals on Planning matters under s288 and s289 of the TCPA 1990 most notably for the Traveller Communities based around the Country.
