Abigail joined Signature Law in March 2025 after having qualified as a solicitor in September 2024. Prior to qualification Abigail had gained over 6 years of experience in practicing in Family, Immigration and Civil Litigation. Abigail also holds a master’s degree in law and business management. Abigail now predominantly specialises in Family law, having gained expertise in proceedings under the Family Law Act 1996 and Children Act 1989, Care proceedings, Child Abduction as well as divorce and finance cases. Abigail's passion lies with Child Arrangements and enjoys ensuring that a child's welfare is protected with the best outcome for her clients. Abigail is eager to further develop her expertise in areas such as pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements as well as complex finance proceedings. Abigail’s approach is to build trust and handle matters with an attentive and proactive touch to deliver clear advice and achieve a favourable outcome for every client. Abigail also speaks Yoruba to offer that bespoke service to her clients.
