Issue of new Wills
Our previous Wills had not been completed correctly and was causing us concern.

excellent service
My mum had to have her Will redone, after her husband died intestate. They were really good, kind and considerate, and gave us the right advice, as had we not got the advice, my mum would have been denied funding for her ongoing 24hour at home care needs. Thanks to them we got through the awful times.

Anna O'Mara Vs Dissolved McClures Sol Scotland
As an experience learning of the demise of McClure sol in 2021, the mess ex clients had to wade through, the costs Jones Whyte were looking to charge etc, was very upsetting and overwhelming. From my initial meeting with Anna I felt relieved to have met someone I had confidence in, to bring the matter to a successful conclusion. It was a long road to travel, due to ex trustee delaying tactics but Anna persevered and went the extra mile to get the win! Thank you.

Administration of my Father's Estate
I would like to thank Anna O'Mara for all her help and being our main contact in administering and distributing my Dad's estate. I would also like to thank the Executors Andrew Durkan & Richard Bussell for their professional advice too.
Anna has become our family's solicitor in all our inheritance planning and has provided help with Will writing, setting up Powers of Attorney and has dealt with the distribution of two of my family member's estates. The solicitors acted quickly and professionally
We needed to apply for probate, thankfully we were seen immediately and the probate was applied for and came through much faster than expected. This solicitor was friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring to us at a difficult time, our mum passed away.
