Excellent visit
I was very pleased to meet my solicitor for the first time and found it very satisfying. Helen Armstrong is a very likable and knowledgable person to talk to.I was very pleased that she explained everything to me so clearly and very grateful at my age to be able to understand it . Thank you so much for the patience .

Guardianship
Lack of responsiveness. I brought this to senior partner’s attention who happens to have the same surname as the solicitor I was using. Therefore nothing happened. The whole process took so long that that my Mother passed away and we are now looking at probate rather than POA, using a different firm. I went local to support the local community and they failed as an organisation. I would not recommend.
