Would definitely recommend our solicitor

Fantastic Service, wonderful firm and lawyers!
Jenny and Lawrence saw the sale of my property go through with ease. Everything was as good, and of the highest quality. Communication was clear, frequent, and friendly. I knew I could ask them as question at any time, and they'd get back to me as soon as they could. Even though I know they were working on a number of cases at once - I genuinely felt like I was their only client and that's service you just don't get often enough. Lawrence Dunne - The Best Solicitor Experience Possible
There are simply no words strong enough to express our gratitude for Lawrence, as he was the sole reason why we managed to get the keys before the SDLT deadline. My Husband and I were so lucky to have Lawrence assigned as our Solicitor for our house purchase, and we simply cannot recommend him and his services enough.
As first-time buyers, you go into the house buying process with nerves after hearing everyone’s ‘horror stories’. However, despite the complexities of our case (we were in a chain, buying a leasehold, the chain solicitors were often causing issues / delays) and the looming SDLT deadline, Lawrence worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was in order and to try and get our purchase completed before April 01st. Thanks to Lawrence’s hard work, determination, and clear passion for his clients, we were able to complete before the deadline – something which we honestly thought might be impossible. We knew our case was in the best hands and we never had to ‘chase’ Lawrence once. He constantly updated us on the process, whether early morning or late evenings, and his calming nature made us so at ease.
Overall, working with Lawrence has been an absolute pleasure. His knowledge, commitment, and genuine care for his clients made our experience all the better. If you are buying/selling a property and are considering different conveyancing solicitors, then look no further than Lawrence. Even our Seller’s and Estate Agent have praised his work and noted his details for future use! Words are not enough to thank Lawrence for all that he has done for us, but we hope that shining light on his work is a start!

Brilliant solicitors
We had a long and complicatef sale due to problems at the bottom of our chain.
Amity Law, especially Lawrence and Jenny were super professional and swift both in establishing our side of the chain and in dealing with our numerous phone calls and emails.
With all the stress that went with our sale Lawrence was helpful and understanding. Communication was superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Lawrence or Amity Law. You hear horror stories of solicitors and conveyancers but nothing could be further from this with AL and Lawrence. You can hire them with complete confidence.
