I switched to Barcan and Kirby following the shambolic way my case was being handled via my home insurance and really glad I did switch. Barcan and Kirby pulled together my case and provided clear communication throughout , highlighting where information was missing and clear explanations on the legal terminology and process steps. They treated me with respect and as individual, providing me with support throughout and not as a another number or client. Due to my injuries and consequential difficulties I now have, they pulled together a complex case and arranged promptly appointments with specialists in support of my claim. They were very professional throughout. I would highly recommend.

Myfanwy Buckeridge and her team took on our personal injury case and worked tirelessly over 4 years to obtain the compensation that we deserved. Throughout the whole process we were kept up to date on all developments and fully briefed on how the case was proceeding and what was required of us. Myfanwy and Sophie our legal council negotiated a settlement with insurers for us obtaining a sum in excess of our expectations through sheer hard work and attention to detail.
