I purchased a property with the proviso that completion occured within a specified time frame- much shorter than the actual time frame. Fraser Dawbarns agreed to, and completed everything within the stipulated time. The whole process was easy, clear and stress free. Perfect.

We were very happy with Holly. She did the work and charged us fairly. Helen Jarvis also did the work on the deeds and charged us fairly. Seema, not so happy and expensive. Receptionist is very nice.

House Buying
Helen Jarvis (and her team) were very helpful and tried their hardest to reduce stamp duty after the budget, unfortunately the other side were not cooperative. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fraser Dawbarns and Helen Jarvis in particular.
