Senior Apprentice Solicitor

Oliver is a Senior Apprentice Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department who has a particular interest in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. He worked as a paralegal at Herrington Carmichael since November 2023 and began formal training in our Graduate Apprenticeship scheme in February 2024. Oliver assists the team by conducting a variety of work within their fields of specialism. He has worked on a number of commercial litigation and contentious intellectual property cases. Oliver earned a Distinction in his MA Law (Conversion) Course at The University of Law in Reading in 2023, having graduated with First Class Honours in History at the University of Warwick the year prior. He worked producing attendance notes for the Small Business Advice Line alongside his law studies, obtained various digital skills qualifications such as Microsoft Specialist, and has served on university society executive committees.
