I approached Barcan + Kirby with an on going matter that I was having with a tenant of mine as I am currently in the process of selling them my property. Over the course of my interactions with them, I have found the staff to be incredibly friendly and professional as well as caring and considerate of my needs. Their advice allowed me to conclude the matter swiftly and to a satisfactory conclusion. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Sharlie Sollars at the Queen Square office calmly managed a land dispute which became protracted and at times, awkward.
Sharlie stuck to the objectives in the interests of the bigger picture and demonstrated a very good balance of carrot and stick, where necessary.
The outcome was ultimately successful with satisfactory 'wins' for both parties.
We were very pleased with Sharlie's tenacity and professionalism and on a personal note, her manner and approachability.

Dealt with Sharlie Sollars re a land matter. She was thorough, careful in her explanations and took time where required, but also did not waste time with unnecessary explanation. The general level of legal fees aside, I feel she provided good value for money for an initial consultation.
